1. Nature of the Platform (Directory Only)

1.1. Advertising Intermediary: Escort Aura is strictly an online classifieds and advertising platform. We function solely as a digital venue where independent adults can publish professional profiles and advertisements for companionship services.

1.2. No Agency Relationship: Escort Aura is NOT an agency, broker, employer, or booking service.

  • We do not employ, manage, supervise, or control any individual listed on this Site.

  • We do not set prices, schedule appointments, or participate in any negotiation between Advertisers and Users.

  • We do not receive commissions from the fees paid for offline services.

  • We do not offer “escort services” ourselves.

1.3. Passive Conduit: Any interaction, correspondence, or transaction between a User (Visitor) and an Advertiser (Profile Owner) is strictly a private matter between those two parties. Escort Aura acts only as a passive conduit for the publication of information provided by the Advertiser.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility (18+ Policy)

2.1. Strict Age Gate: This Website contains adult-oriented material and is intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater).

2.2. User Certification: By accessing this Site, you certify under penalty of perjury that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • It is legal for you to view adult-oriented content in your specific jurisdiction.

  • You are accessing this Site voluntarily for your own personal use.

2.3. Zero Tolerance for Minors: If we discover that a user or advertiser is under the age of 18, we will immediately terminate their access, delete all relevant data, and report the incident to appropriate law enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable child protection laws.

3. Verification & Authenticity

3.1. Identity Verification: While Escort Aura implements a rigorous “Verified Badge” process involving ID checks and live video verification to confirm the identity of Advertisers, this verification is limited to identity confirmation only.

3.2. No Endorsement: Verification does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of the Advertiser’s character, conduct, health status, or service quality.

  • We verify that the person exists and is an adult.

  • We cannot verify their criminal background, medical history, or intent.

3.3. User Diligence: You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for taking all appropriate safety precautions when interacting with any Advertiser found on this Site. You agree to vet the individual yourself before any offline meeting.

4. User Conduct & Responsibilities

4.1. Prohibited Activities: You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Harass, stalk, abuse, or threaten any Advertiser or User.

  • Solicit or engage in any illegal acts, including but not limited to human trafficking, prostitution (where illegal), or drug distribution.

  • Publish false, defamatory, or malicious content about any individual.

  • Scrape, mine, or harvest data from the Site for competitive purposes or spamming.

4.2. Reporting Mechanism: If you encounter a profile that you believe violates these Terms—specifically regarding underage individuals, non-consensual content, or trafficking—you agree to use the “Report” function immediately so our moderation team can investigate.

5. Advertiser Content & Submission Policy

5.1. Content Ownership: Advertisers retain ownership of the photos and text they submit. However, by uploading content to Escort Aura, Advertisers grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute said content on our Platform for marketing purposes.

5.2. Prohibited Content: We strictly prohibit the upload of:

  • Images containing minors or individuals who appear to be minors.

  • Images depicting non-consensual sexual acts or violence.

  • Copyrighted material owned by third parties (stolen photos).

  • Content that promotes hate speech, racism, or illegal acts.

5.3. Right to Remove: Escort Aura reserves the absolute right, but not the obligation, to review, edit, or remove any content at our sole discretion, without notice or refund, if we believe it violates these Terms or harms the reputation of the Platform.

6. Limitation of Liability (The "Safe Harbor")

6.1. No Liability for Offline Acts: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Escort Aura, its owners, affiliates, directors, and employees shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service.

  • Any conduct or content of any third party (Advertiser or User) on or off the Service.

  • Physical harm, emotional distress, financial loss, or legal consequences resulting from meetings arranged through the Service.

6.2. “As Is” Basis: The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Platform. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses.

6.3. Third-Party Links: Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services (e.g., WhatsApp, external booking tools) that are not owned or controlled by Escort Aura. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Escort Aura and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of:

  • Your use and access of the Service.

  • A violation of these Terms.

  • Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

  • Any offline interaction, dispute, or criminal act involving you and another user found through the Service.

8. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in Chandigarh/Mohali, and you waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days‘ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

 

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are legally required to stop using the Service.
